Well today we had our first “lets pasta” tortellini. And I just had to write you and tell you it was Excellent. I am Italian, and it is so good. It would impress my Nonna. We’ve recently tried two of your filled pastas – a wild mushroom ravioli and four cheese tortelloni. Both delicious (especially the tortelloni).
I’ve seen the seafood pastas in the stores, but not some of your other ones that look yummy, like the carbonara stuffed pasta.
I just wanted to tell you that these are the best stuffed frozen pastas I’ve ever tried; my “italian” husband eats little else but pasta and it’s nice to have such a tasty new option.

Hi. My husband and I moved recently to Christina Lake, BC from the big city of Vancouver. We are foodies! Whenever we discover specialty products we go crazy!
While visiting family in Trail, we went to Ferraro Foods and bought your Barolo Beef Ravioli (reminded me of the Italian deli products in Vancouver), and fell in love with this. Recently he had to go to Trail Hospital for some medical tests and I sent him back for this pasta. What a guy, he just grabbed a couple bags of the black bags and drove home. I took a look and noticed through the window the shape was wrong and then saw the type of ravioli was Butternut Squash! Haha! He’s not a veggie guy so I sweated. Okay – moving foreword – I made an Heirloom Tomato sauce this weekend and decided to try the Butternut Squash Ravioli. Holy Cow was it a hit!!!!!!!!!!
