LASAGNA SHEETS
A chef’s delight. Cut (10.5” x 18”) to fill a hotel pan. Twenty-nine sheets of Alberta Non GMO Durum Semolina pasta are packed in a 5 Kg box. Our lasagna sheets are individually layered with parchment paper to avoid sticking. Optimum results are achieved when sheets are utilized from a thawed state. We recommend blanching sheets for 20 seconds and then making the lasagna. May be used without blanching. These sheets could also be used for cannelloni making. Try cutting into shapes and deep-frying for a great Pasta Chip appetizer. No artificial additives or preservatives are added to any of our products.
